How to Qualify
A physician’s order is required for admission to Willowbrook. Prior
to move-in, our staff will evaluate your loved one’s physical health,
functional status (ability to perform activities of daily living like
bathing, dressing, eating), medical history, cognitive abilities, psychosocial
well-being, nutritional status, and the need for specific care services.
