Transport Service/Valet Parking

We offer a free patient transport service and valet parking at our main campus in Paris, Illinois.

Both services are available Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm.

Patient Transport Service

To request assistance, call (217) 712-9495.

You can request assistance to and from your vehicle when parked anywhere on the Horizon Health campus.

Patient transport also is available inside the clinic and hospital. Call the transport service number or ask a Horizon Health staff member for assistance.

Valet Parking

Drive up to the structure labeled “Transport Hub” outside the emergency department. Horizon Health staff will park your vehicle.
