Social workers at Horizon Health specialize in social evaluation, therapy,
and treatment. Our licensed clinical social workers provide psychosocial
assessments for inpatients, outpatients, and the oncology/Infusion Center. They also provide emergency and critical care referrals, and facilitates our free
support groups.
