Physical rehabilitation is the process of overcoming the limitations caused by injury and illness through personalized treatment programs. At Horizon Health, patients work one-on-one with experienced rehab professionals who help them improve their quality of life, regain independence, and achieve their unique goals for recovery.
We offer the following rehab programs:
We recognize the importance of providing patients with truly personalized care. Injuries affect everyone differently, and our goal is to help you get back in shape so you can do the activities you enjoy most. Treatment programs are built around what is most important to you.
In 2019 we completed construction of a state-of-the-art rehabilitation building that includes the latest therapy equipment, seven private treatment rooms, several semi-private rooms, and a dedicated pediatric rehab area. We are proud to provide our community with a sophisticated resource for rehabilitation services.
