Our rate is $75 per exam

The Horizon Health Occupational Health Clinic provides Department of Transportation (DOT) and bus driver physicals to keep you on the road.

Drivers who have a commercial driver’s license (CDL) must be examined by a medical professional listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. Our healthcare providers are Certified Medical Examiners through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). They determine medical fitness for duty and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
