all ages and for various conditions.
Special Care Unit services include:
Complex post-operative care
Continuous bedside cardiac monitoring
Continuous intravenous drips
Hemodynamically unstable patients

Horizon Health’s comprehensive care team is under the direction of
the Hospitalist team. Providers, nurses, and ancillary staff ensure your
comfort and ease during your hospital stay.
Additionally, providers representing various medical specialties are onsite
to address any additional needs or concerns.
