Pay Your Bill

There are several ways to pay your bill:

If you have the paper bill you received in the mail, it contains a “quick pay code.” Click here to use your code.
You can also log into your patient portal to pay your bill.
You can bring your payment to any Horizon Health location.
- Note: All billing questions will need to be addressed at Horizon Health’s Paris Community Hospital.

Pay by phone at 217-466-4517. Payment plans are available.

At day 35, unpaid balances are sent to Horizon Health’s payment partner (Magnet).

Horizon Health accepts CareCredit as a form of payment for services. Visit CareCredit to learn more.

A 15 percent discount is applied to the patient’s portion of the fee if paid within 30 days of the invoice date. This applies to all services, excluding copays, Meals on Wheels, Occupational Health, swing bed, and Phase 3 Rehab.
A 30 percent discount is applied to the patient’s portion of the fee if paid prior to, or up to the date of service for hospital-based outpatient testing. Call 217-466-4343 for more details.
