Kerber, Eck & Braeckel LLP (KEB), a financial auditor with whom Horizon Health previously did business, recently made us aware of a cyber security event compromising personal data of some or our patients. Letters notifying these patients have been sent.
Unfortunately, we were unaware of the details of this process.
