About the provider
Suzanne is a full-time dietitian who joined Horizon Health in October 2024. She assesses patients' dietary needs, and provides nutrition counseling and education. She sees hospitalized patients, as well as outpatients, mainly through Horizon Health's diabetes program.
Suzanne has more than 18 years of experience as a dietitian with more than 13 years of experience treating outpatient dialysis patients. Prior to Horizon Health, she was a family and consumer science teacher at an area high school where she taught food & nutrition and child development.
In her free time, Suzanne is a CrossFit coach who enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family. She lives in Charleston, Illinois, and is originally from southern Indiana.
