Judah Donaldson, APRN, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in orthopedic and spine care at Horizon Health. Collaborating closely with Dr. Harish Kempegowda, an orthopedic and spine surgeon, Judah provides comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of musculoskeletal conditions, including spine disorders, joint pain, and sports-related injuries. His patient-centered approach emphasizes improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life. ​

Judah's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lake Land College. He also holds a Practical Nursing Certificate from Lake Land College. ​

Actively involved in professional organizations, Judah is a member of the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. His commitment to the community is evident through his service on the Board of Directors for both the Paris Area Chamber of Commerce and the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as his involvement with the Capella University Ambassador Program.

Judah's dedication to excellence has been recognized with several awards, including the Lake Land College Peer Award, honors listings at Lake Land College, and President’s and Dean’s Honors Lists at Chamberlain College of Nursing and Capella University. ​

Beyond his professional endeavors, Judah is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, mountain climbing, hiking, biking and running. He and his wife, Whitney, reside in Marshall, Illinois, with their three children: Tucker, Elsie, and Aspen. Judah values family time and coaching all things little league sports. Judah also serves as the Executive Pastor at the Pentecostals in Marshall, Illinois.
