Horizon Health Announces Visitor Restrictions

Edgar County and the greater region has reached its highest COVID-19 positivity rate. As a result, Horizon Health has announced the following visitor restrictions:
- In general, patients should come alone.
- Exceptions include end-of-life visits and support persons who are essential to patient care, such as guardians of minors, caretakers of those with physical or cognitive impairments, etc.
- You may be asked to wait in your vehicle depending on appointment type, capacity of waiting area, and space for social distancing,
- If you have questions about a certain department/situation, please contact that team before you arrive.
- Only essential business contacts—those related to direct patient care—will be permitted.
- The Cafeteria is closed for dine-in. Carry-out only.
- The Gift Shop is closed until further notice.
- Masking remains required for all patients and visitors.
- Please remember you MUST self-screen before entering our facility. If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of COVID, do not visit unless you are a patient.
