Dr. Robinson Opens Full-Time Practice in Paris

Dr. Laney Robinson, family medicine physician, will see patients full time at Horizon Health beginning July 26.

She began seeing patients at the Paris Clinic in January 2021 as part of her medical residency training, working in collaboration with Dr. Lauren Fore. Now, after completing residency requirements, Dr. Robinson is a full-time, employed physician at Horizon Health.

“I am thrilled to be returning to my hometown of Paris and look forward to providing healthcare to the members of my community,” Dr. Robinson said.

Dr. Robinson is a lifelong Paris resident. She earned her medical degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine–Springfield. She was named chief resident in the family medicine program at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

Dr. Robinson has a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences with a minor in chemistry from Southern Illinois University–Edwardsville. She is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Robinson lives in Paris with her husband, Jacob, who is a Paris police officer. Her brother, Jeffery Martin, is also a Paris police officer.

Dr. Robinson provides care for patients of all ages. Her office hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. To schedule an appointment, call 217-465-8411.
