Cardiologist Dr. Nasser to See Patients at PCH/FMC

Tony K. Nasser, MD, board-certified cardiologist, will see patients twice a month at Paris Community Hospital/Family Medical Center as a visiting specialty physician beginning February 4.

Dr. Nasser is affiliated with Providence Medical Group in Terre Haute. As a cardiologist, he specializes in treating conditions of the heart, including cardiovascular disease, congestive heart failure, and arrhythmias (irregular heartbeats). He will see patients in the PCH/FMC Visiting Specialty Clinic on the first and third Tuesdays of the month.

Dr. Nasser earned his medical degree, performed his residency, and completed a cardiology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He then completed an interventional cardiology fellowship at St. Vincent Hospital, also in Indianapolis.

He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, vascular medicine, and interventional cardiology.

Dr. Nasser is clinical assistant professor of medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
